The outdoor pool area caught my eye right away. Scenic views of Camelback Mountain made it a perfect spot to unwind. I spent a lot of time there, really enjoyed the atmosphere. My room was spacious, which was a plus. However, the furniture felt outdated. Stains on the couch did not enhance the experience. Only one elevator worked during my stay, which led to long waits. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep the place cool. I noticed the halls were dim and uninviting. Checking in was confusing and took too long. I also had issues with the coffee maker. it didn't work properly, leaving me frustrated in the morning. The staff was friendly though, but that couldn't make up for the inconveniences.

the chateau resort was great for our family trip! it’s super close to camelback beach, making it easy to enjoy the water park. the amenities are fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and free Wi-Fi. the service was outstanding, with staff always smiling and ready to help.

This place has potential, but it's struggling to shine. Great location with stunning views, and friendly staff, but multiple guests reported cleanliness issues, outdated decor, and uncomfortable beds. If you're looking for luxury, this may not be your spot. Still, the atmosphere can be relaxing if you're not too picky.

Loved the games room and enjoyed the welcome drink! The indoor pool was nice, but we missed out on the sauna being closed.

All fine, but breakfast confusion

Had an awesome time with my family! The indoor pool and outdoor heated pool were amazing for us and the kids loved it. Only downside was the elevators took a while, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

We had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful lake and mountain views from our balcony! The king-size bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, really close to Camelbeach and all the shops. The only bummer was that the ice machine was down during our 4-night stay. Overall, the restaurant had some great menu options too.

I brought my own blankets due to the dirty conditions, and I often detected unpleasant odors. There were limited amenities in the room, with only two hard soap bars and no tissues or complimentary shampoo provided, which felt surprisingly inadequate for a stay. The staff, while friendly, didn't seem to communicate effectively, especially regarding the 'Do Not Disturb' sign.
